Offer means to give someone a favor, in terms of food, money, etc.
When making offers, we often use the following expressions:

- Can I...
- Should I...
- Would you...
Accept sample offer:
- Yes, please
- I really appreciate it
- Okay, thanks for helping me
Examples of rejected offers:
- It's okay, I can do it myself
- No, thank you
- It's okay, I can arrange it myself

Halo friends! The Simple Past tense is a form of tense that describes an event that occurred at a specific time in the past.
